And so after you delete the previous installed Windows Partition, format the disk to clear it up. Follow the steps given below to fix this error 0x80070057 that you face while installation of Windows 7, 8 or 10.
Step 1: Insert the DVD of Windows and begin the process of installation.
Step 2: Select Advanced (custom) type for installation.
Step 3: Select Disk 0 Partition 1 and then click on Delete. The System Reserved Space will be deleted.

Step 5: In the next step, select Disk 0 Partition 2, and then repeat the steps like above.

2. Fix 0x80070057 Error by Disabling the Anti-Virus or Firewall
